ATHOS

The LEOPARD 32 ATHOS is an amazing sporty and very fast 32 mt pleasure yacht, with very elegant sleek and modern lines with comfortable and luxurious interior and exterior accommodations.

The yacht, originally built in 2007, was definitively completed and launched in 2011 .

The important REFITS of the M/Y Athos started in October 2021 by the new ownership and interrupted in May 2022 to carry out the summer activity, resumed in October 2022 and will end in May 2023.

In the autumn-winter 2021/2022 the transformations judged to be the most urgent and important, were carried out such as the creation of the fifth cabin, the transformation of the Flybridge and the external bow arrangements, the replacement of the upholstery of the exteriors and cabins, in addition to the technical interventions judged necessary ones such as the complete overhaul of generators and main electrical panel, the replacement of navigation systems including radar, the overhaul of the Kamewa propulsion system and the Humphree trim regulators by inserting automatic adjustments and dynamic stabilization for waves.

In 2022/2023 another important and essential refit has been carried out for the image of the yacht.

The old furnishings made of beautiful, but too dark wood, have been replaced with bleached oak essence, leaving elements of the old furniture only in some places decorating the new. The interiors of the yacht have thus become brighter, very elegant and modern. (The wood used is the same that they are putting on the most important yachts built by the greatest shipyards such as Ferretti and Sunseeker).

In addition to this, the second part of the REFIT, was to redone the entire internal and external lighting system and replace it with the latest energy saving generation of LEDs elements. The interior lights are all trimmable and have substantially changed the luminosity of the yacht.

With her 5 ensuite cabins, Athos offers a high-class accommodation for 11 guests: on the Lower deck the large and bright owner's cabin, the VIP cabin and two comfortable cabins, one with a double bed and one twin plus a pullman bed. On the Main deck, a large cabin with a double bed that can be converted into a comfortable sofa in case the cabin will be used as play/TV/Music room. The salon with dining room, lounge and original bar counter offers the best hospitality at all levels. On the lower deck , towards the stern, is the large galley and the crew cabins capable of accommodating up to 5 crew members.

Despite being a fast and sporty boat, Athos, in addition to offering a large and well-designed stern area with a big table and sunbeds and a comfortable sun area in the bow, was built with a fly bridge which constitutes, with its sunbathing arrangements, a jacuzzy pool, a bar and a sofa, a perfect relaxation area.

Powered by three 2200 HP MTU engines and driven by three KaMeWa hydrojets, this yacht is capable of reaching max 38 knots with a cruising speed of 30 knots.
